Asian Absolute supplies the services of professional, bilingual interpreters and voice-over artists with training in a variety of areas. We understand that the needs of each individual client are unique, and are happy to discuss your specific requirements and select an individual or team with the ideal combination of skills and experience. Interpreting assignments generally fall into one of three categories:

Simultaneous Interpreters:

Highly skilled interpreters who are able to provide immediate interpreting without the need for speakers to break their flow. These services are required for formal occasions such as conferences and other multi-lingual situations where the audience needs to understand what a speaker is saying while he or she is still speaking. Simultaneous interpreting is considered by many to be the pinnacle of linguistic achievement.

Consecutive Interpreters:

Bilingual individuals who have first hand knowledge of the subject matter which is being discussed. Speakers need to pause after every few sentences to allow the interpreter to translate, but the flow of conversation can be preserved reasonably well. Consecutive interpreters are needed for activities such as business meetings, site visits, and dinners.

Voice-over Artists

Our voice-over artists have radio or stage training and experience, and can add a professional polish to training videos, advertisements and audio files for multimedia packages. It is important to select an artist whose voice conveys the right image - sex, age, class and regional accent will all be taken into account in order to optimise the positioning of your product or service.
