ATC member Asian Absolute has been awarded a regional contract to supply translation and typesetting services to a major international bank renowned for its strong presence in Asia and the Middle East. After a comprehensive selection process assessing agencies throughout Asia and the rest of the world, Asian Absolute was chosen for this long-term partnering due to three key factors:

The contract involves providing services to contacts at the bank's regional headquarters in Singapore, as well as local offices in Bangkok, Beijing, Jakarta, Seoul, Taipei and Tokyo. Requiring translation of materials from all areas of the bank, the client will take advantage of Asian Absolute's system of allocating resources based on functional specialism as well as industry sector knowledge.

Contacts from the bank will work directly with a dedicated team in Asian Absolute's Beijing office, now twice the size of the London head office. The contract adds to Asian Absolute's growing client base in Asia, where the company appears to be filling a gap in markets in which low-cost, low-quality operators have traditionally dominated.

Asian Absolute Beijing's account management teams were originally established to support the Asia Pacific operations of UK and US clients who were unable to source the right level of service locally. Working alongside the operations teams who support the company's London account managers, the Beijing team employs the same resources and processes to ensure the same levels of service are provided to all clients worldwide.
